Tegel airport in Berlin is closing, and its infrastructure might turn into a massive club complex.
According to Berlin newspaper Der Tagesspiegel, crew members from Clubcomission, a group that represents Berlin’s club scene, are due to visit the area next month to evaluate the possibilities that the location can offer for hosting clubs and events as a location. The future of the airport is still unclear, but the hangars, the tower and the jet engine testing hall seem especially practical for this purpose.
