Tbilisi’s Bassiani nightclub has spread the word across via official Facebook page, informing their followers for the re-opening of the club, and also notifying that they no longer are being held hostage by authorities. “The door is open. Finally, we are at home!”
The club is back on its feet after an unexpected raid of police happening in Bassiani on May 12th, Georgia’s authorities claiming and linking five recent related drug-deaths to the nightclub, ignoring the fact that none of the fatalities happened on the club’s premises.
Bassiani apart from its recent misfortune has been receiving support from so many sides, from the 10.000 people protest in front of the Parliament of Georgia, to the six-minute long support video of artists showing their sympathy for the club.
