Navigating the borders of sound, emotion, and space, Perila is a St. Petersburg-born, Berlin-based sound and visual artist, DJ, performer, and poet whose work explores the unseen connections between the intangible and the tactile. Her practice weaves through the delicate textures of field recordings, voice, and poetry, creating an immersive dialogue between sound and listener. With each performance and DJ set, she crafts evolving, sensory landscapes, drawing listeners into intimate and transformative sonic realms.
Perila’s work has been released on esteemed labels such as Smalltown Supersound, The Trilogy Tapes, Sferic, and Shelter Press, among others. She is also the founder of WET, a platform dedicated to sensual sound explorations, spoken word, and ASMR, and a co-founder of radio.syg.ma. Through her various projects, Perila continues to redefine the relationship between sound and emotion, inviting audiences into deeply personal and introspective sonic environments.
