The Melbourne-based musician and DJ, Adam McCoy, better known as Citizen Maze, is a producer who has developed a following for his abstract, ethereal take on ambient, house and techno.
Citizen Maze curates the Mirror Tapes label and has released two 12″ EPs revered for his deep and musically rich compositions on Analogue Attic. For the latest episode of Orb Podcast, the artist delves into his style with the “idea to incorporate a blend of dubby, ambient and experimental sounds/textures to create a moody story-like progressing atmosphere.”
