Waking Life has finalised its 2018 lineup, taking place in Crato, Portugal, held between 15th to 19th of August.
The Portuguese festival located near the medieval town of Crato, this year will mark its second edition, pledging to bring immersive, stimulating performances, and workshops by bringing “interactivity consisting of carefully selected musicians, artists and performers,” such as Peter Van Hoesen, Patricia, Oceanic, Paquita Gordon, Alfa Mist, Baby Vulture, Garçon, Priku, Hulk Hodn, and Kamaal Williams.
The newly announced names are a follow up of the previously revealed acts: DVS1, Anthony Linell, Architectural, Call Super, Huerco S, Cio D’Or and many more. The live part performances include artists such as Luigi Tozzi, Rrose, Aleksi Perälä, Andy Stott, ATEQ, Sebastian Mullaert & Ulf Eriksson, Leafar Legov, and Jan Jelinek among others.
The summer festival claims that will have a special focus on ecology-related activities such as working with solar energy, water purification systems, and through travel and waste management.
