The documentary explores Berlin’s nightlife and the influence of techno and electronic music in the shaping of it that helped it gain a reputation as the capital of electronic music, out May 18 via Apple Music.
Sound of Berlin features interviews with the influential techno musician such as Juan Atkins, founder of Loveparade Dr. Motte, Tresor club founder Dimitri Hegemann, Marc Houle who has scored the documentary’s music, Monolink, famous DJ duo Pan-Pot, DJ and producer Mathias Kaden, Nela, Alexander Krüger, Ekaterina and FreedomB.
